To accumulate XP (Experience Points) all you need to do is play :)
Bear in mind that the amount of XP accumulated is determined by the games' stake and their outcome.
Higher stake tables will lead to more points accumulated. Furthermore, the number of points will grow higher in accordance with the game's outcome, even when losing a game, you gain XP
